As the Spa Education Manager at Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare I was responsible for developing and implementing education tools and initiatives to support our estheticians, doctors, nurses and skincare service providers within our network. I wrote and project managed the development of the brand’s Spa Manual materials that serve as the clinical brand bible and are used by 1,000+ accounts. I assisted with content development and copywriting for the brand’s education mobile app.
